During my recent stay, I encountered a mix of amenities and challenges. The blend of traditional and modern design was commendable, enhancing the overall atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, which is a valuable aspect of any hospitality experience. I faced significant issues regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom, as an overwhelming smell emanated from the vanity, necessitating immediate attention. the management's approach left much to be desired. A lack of communication regarding my $200 bond return raised concerns about transparency. The promised flexibility and welcoming spirit were absent, diminishing the overall experience, despite the potential of the establishment. Such areas certainly require improvement.
